St. Patty's dinner

I forgot to post this picture of the St. Patrick's Day feast that Scott made. He even corned the beef himself. I was surprised to find a couple of bricks in the fridge on my return home from my sister's wedding. I wasn't shocked and didn't think to ask Scott what the bricks were doing in there until the next day. I just figured he had a new project that required cold bricks! Actually, to corn the beef he needed to put weight on it and refrigerate it for a few days.
The meal was very yummy! We had several vegetables with it and I think that brussel sprouts get a bad rap, because Sam and Owen both tried them and liked them. I thought they weren't bad either and I am not a vegetable fan. Scott is a good cook, especially on the grill. He doesn't cook often, but when he does it is usually something I would never attempt to make.
